Hormel Original Uncured Bacon

I recently tried Hormel Natural Choice Original Uncured Bacon. I was attracted to the packaging and especially the "no nitrites" claim. My biggest concern was, does it taste like bacon? For the high price, it should, but does it? Yes! It's actually good, but a bit more salty than my usual brand. Would I buy it again? Yes, because avoiding nitrates is a good thing! But then, so is avoiding bacon! 4 stars.
