Remember the old tag line, "Dawn takes grease out of your way!"? Well, now that phosphates in dish detergent have been banned in many states, Dawn has lost much of its appeal. I do like Dawn Ultra Platinum, because it's good for soaking dishes. However, the label at the top is misleading: "3X more everyday grease cleaning power*" and the asterisk text reads, "Per drop based on cleaning ingredients vs. non-ultra Joy." Well, let's compare apples to apples, guys! I've been reading that if you want to get phosphates back (true cleaning power and degreasing), buy dishwashing detergent from a restaurant supply store – in another state. 4 stars. |
